HOW TO SELF-INJECT VITAMIN B12
Included in your pack are detailed written instructions to demonstrate safe, intramuscular (IM) injection technique. And a PDF version is attached here for you to read.
DIRECTIONS
How often you should take your vitamin B12 injections depends on your individual health, which is ascertained from the Medical Questionnaire. For optimum results, we recommend a B12 shot once a week for a course of 6 weeks. Beyond this, we recommend a maintenance shot every 3-4 weeks to maintain the levels of Vitamin B12 in your body & to support optimal wellness.
STORAGE
To be stored at room temperature away from direct sunlight. Our Hydroxocobalamin B12 ampules are single use vials.
EXPIRATION DATE
This is visible on each ampule. This is usually between 12-24 months from the time of your purchase.
