FAQ's: ANTI-WRINKLE TREATMENT

This is a quick treatment (up to 30 mins). Other than a sharp scratch of the needle piercing the skin, it is not a painful procedure.

The effects take around 7-14 days to develop and be seen fully. It lasts around 10-16 weeks depending on your cell turnover, activity, age and metabolism.

What does the procedure involve?

The treatment targets three main areas: Frown Lines, Foreheads Lines and Crows Feet. It reduces the lines formed in these areas by relaxing the muscles that contract causing these lines to form.

A fine needle is used in the treatment, which for most provides a painless procedure. The treatment takes approximately 15 minutes and you can carry out your normal activities afterwards with no disruption to your normal daily activities.

Our clinic prides itself in providing the best results possible. Therefore if required, clients can book in a two week follow up appointment where a top up can be provided.

After care:

This treatment can, although not typically, cause bruising and swelling.

Once you have received the treatment, for the best results please follow the below advice:

- No excessive sunlight/ heat exposure (including sun beds) or 24 hours.

- No excessive exercise for 36 hours.

- No excessive alcohol for 24 hours after treatment.

- No touching, pressing, massaging the treated area

- No long flights for 12 hours after treatment
